Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping with Aishu’s Budget Sarees. We take pride in the quality of our sarees and traditional products, and your satisfaction is our priority.

Please read our policy carefully to understand how returns, exchanges, and refunds work when you shop with us at www.aishus.online.


7-Day Return Policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 calendar days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.

  • All tags, labels, and original packaging must be intact.

  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase (order number or invoice).

Items that appear used, altered, damaged, or missing original tags will not be eligible for return.


How to Start a Return

To start a return, contact us at:

Please include the following details in your email:

  • Your full name

  • Order number

  • Item name or SKU

  • Reason for return

  • Clear photos (if damaged or incorrect item)

If your return request is approved, we will:

  1. Share a return shipping label and instructions.

  2. Guide you on where and how to send your package.

  3. Process your request once the product is received and inspected.

⚠️ Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Provide:

  • Order number

  • Photos or video of the damage/wrong item

  • Packaging photos (for courier claim, if applicable)

We will evaluate the issue and either:

  • Replace the product, or

  • Process a refund (as applicable)


Non-Returnable & Excluded Items

Certain items are not eligible for return or exchange, including:

  • Sale, clearance, or discounted products

  • Gift cards or voucher purchases

  • Custom-made or personalized sarees

  • Used, washed, or altered products

  • Items damaged after delivery due to improper handling

  • Accessories, blouses, or stitching services (if offered)

Please note: “Color variation” or “minor zari thread irregularities” are not considered defects — as handloom and silk products may have natural variations.


Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item:

  1. Request a return for the original item within 7 days.

  2. Once approved, ship it back using the provided instructions.

  3. Place a new order for your preferred product.

This ensures faster processing and availability of stock.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union (EU), you have the right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days of delivery — for any reason.
Returned items must be:

  • In original, unused condition with all tags,

  • In their original packaging,

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase.


Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

  • You will receive an email confirmation about approval or rejection.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.

Refund timelines:

UPI / Wallet / Net Banking 2–7 business days
COD (Cash on Delivery) Store credit or bank transfer within 10–15 business days

Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund is delayed:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your bank or payment provider — sometimes it takes time before the refund appears.

  3. If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please reach out to us.


Return Shipping Responsibility

  • For defective or wrong items, we will bear the return courier cost.

  • For customer-initiated returns (e.g., change of mind, wrong selection), the shipping charges will be borne by the customer.

All returns must be shipped via trackable courier service.


Special Notes for Saree Purchases

  • Slight color differences may occur due to lighting, camera, or device display — these are not eligible for refunds.

  • Handwoven and silk sarees may have minor thread variations — a mark of authenticity, not a defect.

  • Please handle and store sarees carefully to avoid damage after delivery.


Cancellations

You can cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it or before it is shipped.
Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled but can be processed as a return after delivery.
